100% Merlot
Red wine from Merlot vines aged 25 to 35 years and grown according to the principles of organic farming on a clay-limestone soil. The harvest is manual; vinification and aging take place in vats; for the latter, it lasts from 4 to 6 months. Botting is done without adding sulphur. Intense nose on black fruits, spices and floral notes.
